My entrepreneurial journey began in Nashik, India, at the age of 15. I opened a small clothing showroom, driven by a belief that building something of my own could lead to meaningful opportunities. Those early years were full of challenges, but they taught me resilience, the importance of hard work and how to adapt when things don’t go as planned.
As time passed, I ventured into Indian real estate, successfully executing several property deals and later, I launched the Vakratund Bharat Gas Agency. It became a leader in commercial gas sales across Maharashtra. The journey wasn’t easy, and the competition was fierce, but my determination and innovative thinking kept me moving forward. BPCL even featured my journey as a case study—a recognition that still motivates me today.
In 2012, I moved to Dubai, UAE, bringing with me a deep understanding of business and a keen eye for opportunities. I started with HVAC Trading Company and ventured into co-working spaces before founding Vista Business Setup later that year...

But more than numbers, my journey is about creating opportunities, empowering businesses and building a legacy of entrepreneurship that inspires others.
A principle I live by is that time is money. I believe in valuing every moment, working diligently and finding smarter ways to achieve goals. Hard work lays the foundation, but combining it with strategic thinking has been instrumental in driving my success and fueling the growth of Vista Corporate Group.
Throughout this journey, I have been fortunate to have the unwavering support of my family and friends, whose belief in me has been a constant source of motivation. Their encouragement has been invaluable, especially during challenging times, and I carry their support with me in everything I do.
Along the way, I authored two books—Founders Roadmap and Beyond Bricks & Mortar—which offer insights into Dubai’s business and real estate landscape. These books are meant to guide other entrepreneurs and investors, providing the tools and knowledge to navigate the complexities of starting and growing a business in this vibrant market.Looking back, I see that my journey has been about more than just building businesses—it’s been about learning from every experience, helping others succeed and remembering that every moment counts.
I believe that what we think shapes our reality and I’ve seen this play out in my own lifetime and again. If there's one thing I’ve learned, it’s that success isn’t just about ambition but also about how you use your time, the people you surround yourself with, and the persistence to keep moving forward, no matter what.
